Norota

Norota is a full service software consulting firm, delivering Enterprise Resource Planning projects to major clients around the world. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Norota is based in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. More on norota.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Norota, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
