Noitavonne

Noitavonne is a manufacturer and supplier of workstations, tablet computers, mobile phones, and smart watches. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Mobile and Wireless. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Noitavonne is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is noitavonne.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Noitavonne, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
