NJB Sales

NJB Sales is an online store that offers a wide range of desktops, displays, printers, software, hardware, components, and accessories. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. They also list E-Commerce, Hardware and Printing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NJB Sales is based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. You can read more at njbsales.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with NJB Sales, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
