Ninja Gig

Ninja Gig is an online job application software. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ninja Gig is based in Bountiful, Utah. You can read more at ninjagig.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Ninja Gig, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
