Nimbus Solutions

Nimbus Solutions is the premier provider of professional consulting services in the cloud computing space. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Nimbus Solutions is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2009. Their site is nimbussolutions.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Nimbus Solutions? Rate it.
