Niear

Niear is a mobile application that helps users track locations, rentals, fuel usage, account balances, and real-time ETA. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Car Sharing, E-Commerce, Hardware, Mobile and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Niear is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at niear.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Niear, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
