NextStep Technology

NextStep Technology provides ERP & IT, mobile app development, cybersecurity, logistics management, and audit services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security and Logistics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NextStep Technology is based in Springfield, Virginia and around since 1997. You can read more at nextsteptech.us.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used NextStep Technology? Rate it.
