Nextqore

Here is Nextqore in plain terms. Data Platform that powers AI for Operations by combining Diverse Sources and enabling Smart Reasoning. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Nextqore is based in Mclean, Virginia and around since 2020. Their site is nextqore.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Nextqore, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
