NexGenT

NexGenT is an IT Academy that provides "Military Grade" Training for the next generation workforce. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Education, Recruiting and Training. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NexGenT is based in San Jose, California and around since 2016. You can read more at nexgent.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used NexGenT? Rate it.
