Newcrom

Newcrom is a software company that offers cloud software and hardware for education and businesses. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Management and Hardware. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Newcrom is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is newcrom.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
