New Wave DV

New Wave DV is a progressive small business specializing in software development, digital design and verification. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Electronics and Semiconductor. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

New Wave DV is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You can read more at newwavedv.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know New Wave DV well, your review carries weight here.
