New Technical Solutions
New Technical Solutions specializes in IT hardware and software services
Overview
New Technical Solutions specializes in IT hardware and software services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.
It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list IT Infrastructure and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
New Technical Solutions is based in Chula Vista, California. You can read more at buynts.com.
Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
