New Homz

New Homz is a mobile application that provides a wide selection of real estate listing, homes and properties to its users. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Home Services, Mobile Apps and Real Estate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

New Homz is based in Costa Mesa, California. Their site is newhomz.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
