Neunet Solutions

Neunet Solutions is an IT company that specialist in software and product development, web-based solutions and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Product Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Neunet Solutions is based in Elk Grove, California. You can read more at neunetsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
