Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list IT Management and Penetration Testing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
