NetExel Consulting

NetExel Consulting is an internet consulting company that offers online marketing, software, and website development services. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Marketing and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NetExel Consulting is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at netexel.com.
