NetData Services

NetData Svcs. Inc. offers computer and network services, including IT support, data backups, and cyber security. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NetData Services is based in Frederick, Maryland. You can read more at netdataservices.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with NetData Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
