Netabl

Netabl offers project design, project management, software, design, build, consulting, robust hosting, and technical support services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Product Design, Project Management and Technical Support. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Netabl is based in Pompano Beach, Florida. Their site is netabl.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
