Net-Tech focuses on cloud, networking, hardware, backup, business application development, software and IT infrastructure solutions. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list Cloud Computing, IaaS and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
