Net Incomm

Net Incomm delivers solutions and services in the area of web design, system integration, project development and IT staffing. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Project Management and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Net Incomm is based in Sacramento, California and around since 1997. More on net-incomm.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
