Net Glo

Net Glo engages in designing computer solutions for logistics control and increasing accountability in food production plants. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Agriculture, Consulting and Food and Beverage, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Net Glo is based in Highland, Indiana. More on netglo.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
