Nelson Tree Service

Nelson Tree Service provides utility companies nationwide with line clearance services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Service Industry. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Nelson Tree Service is based in Dayton, Ohio and founded in 2003. More on nelsontree.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
