Needslist

NeedsList builds software solutions to power faster, more sustainable humanitarian action. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. They also list Crowdfunding, E-Commerce, Humanitarian, Marketplace and Retail, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Needslist is based in Portland, Oregon. You can read more at needslist.co.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
