NDM

NDM is an information technology company providing cloud computing solutions. Put simply, it is about keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

The natural audience is sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Alongside the main category they mention CRM. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

NDM is based in Spokane, Washington and around since 1994. Their site is ndm.net.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with NDM, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
