NCATC

NCATC is a training center that promotes the use of advanced technology applications to enhance economic and workforce development services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Education and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NCATC is based in Cleveland, Ohio. You can read more at ncatc.org.
