National Soft Systems

National Soft Systems is an IT services and consulting firm that offers staff augmentation, app development, and system software. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Software Engineering. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

National Soft Systems is based in Rogers, Arkansas. You can read more at nationalsoftsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
