Nabidios

Nabidios is a management consultancy firm offering IT and Shopify services for small and medium enterprises. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Advice, Management Consulting and Market Research, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Nabidios is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can read more at nabidios.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Nabidios, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
