MYGNAR

MYGNAR is the developer of GNARBOX, a rugged backup device for professional content creators. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consumer Electronics, Hardware and Photography, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MYGNAR is based in Santa Monica, California. More on gnarbox.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
