Mycrazymachine

Mycrazymachine is an IT management company that provides PC repair and diagnostic, data recovery, programming, and website design services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Technical Support and Web Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mycrazymachine is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on mycrazymachine.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
