Mutrie Systems

Mutrie Systems is an IT platform offering windows services, computer repair & wireless network to virus detection services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Network Security, Windows and Windows Phone, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mutrie Systems is based in Walpole, Massachusetts. You can read more at mutriesystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Mutrie Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
