MultiWare

MultiWare offers custom application design & development, Microsoft certified training, and web page development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

MultiWare is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and around since 1994. More on multiware.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know MultiWare well, your review carries weight here.
