MspPortal Partners

MspPortal Partners helps various organizations with comprehensive IT managed services to keep business data secured and compliant. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Big Data and Security. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MspPortal Partners is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and around since 2017. You can read more at mspportalpartners.net.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
