MSP Pros

MSP Pros offers IT services, including network maintenance, system installations, and cloud hosting for small businesses. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MSP Pros is based in Moorpark, California. Their site is msppros.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with MSP Pros, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
