MSP IT Partners

MSP IT Partners is an IT company that provides web services, networks, Microsoft office 365 and cloud security services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Security and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MSP IT Partners is based in Atlanta, Georgia. More on msp-partner.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with MSP IT Partners, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
