MSM Group

MSM Group provides PMO support, information technology, software solutions, GSA schedule 520, financial, and accounting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Accounting, Consulting and Financial Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MSM Group is based in Fairview, Ohio. Their site is msmgroupinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
