MSCI

MSCI is an advanced technology company that provides systems design engineering services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Military. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MSCI is based in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama and founded in 2007. You can read more at msci-us.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used MSCI? Rate it.
