MRM Computer Services

MRM Computer Services is an information technology company that offers data analysis, IT consulting, hardware, and software services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Consulting and Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MRM Computer Services is based in Pleasanton, California. Their site is mrmcomputerservices.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with MRM Computer Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
