Mpower Logic

Mpower Logic is an IT staffing and consulting firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting and Data Mining, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mpower Logic is based in Piscataway, New Jersey. More on mpowerlogic.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
