Move In History

Move In History (MIH) is an information technology database driven online service company that bridges the gap between tenants & property. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Big Data. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Move In History is based in Waterloo, Iowa and founded in 2013. More on moveinhistory.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
