Mountain Goat Software

Mountain Goat Software is a consulting firm that specializes on Agile application training and development. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mountain Goat Software is based in Broomfield, Colorado and around since 2003. You can read more at mountaingoatsoftware.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
