Mototech

Mototech is a technology services and consulting firm that provides IT solutions, hyper automation, analysis, and design services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Natural Language Processing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mototech is based in Mclean, Virginia. You can read more at mototech.us.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Mototech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
