Motis

Motis is a company that offers employee management software for organizations. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Motis is based in Seattle, Washington. You can read more at motispeople.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Motis, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
