Moriarty and Associates

Moriarty & Associates is a IT company that deals with motion imagery, software development, database design and logistics support. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Network Security, Professional Services and Software Engineering. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Moriarty and Associates is based in Fairfax, Virginia. More on moriartyandassociates.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
