Moran Technology Consulting

Moran Technology Consulting is a leading Information Technology consulting firm, serving education, public sector and commercial clients. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Government. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Moran Technology Consulting is based in Naperville, Illinois and founded in 2004. You can read more at morantechnology.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
