MOONNOX

MOONNOX, Inc. is a Technology company that resolves and simplifies the process of inquiries from your customers, partners, or employees. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MOONNOX is based in Chicago, Illinois. More on moonnox.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with MOONNOX, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
