Monarch Technology Solutions

Monarch Technology Solutions is a software company that offers system analysis and technology to businesses and educational facilities. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Monarch Technology Solutions is based in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Their site is monarchts.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Monarch Technology Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
