Monadical

Monadical is a full-stack software consultancy operating out of Montreal, NYC and Medellin (currently accepting new clients). In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Gaming, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Monadical is based in New York, New York and around since 2006. You can read more at monadical.com.
