Mohami

Mohami is an independent studio that focuses on enhancing Atlassian products through plugins. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Intelligence. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mohami is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at mohami.io.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Mohami well, your review carries weight here.
