Modulus

Modulus is a consulting firm providing environmental consulting, hazardous material remediation, and demolition services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Environmental Consulting and Waste Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Modulus is based in Washington, District of Columbia. Their site is moduluscompany.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
