Modest Systems

Modest Systems is a software documentation, user-interface evaluation and testing company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Modest Systems is based in Portland, Oregon and founded in 2008. You can read more at modestsystems.com.
